- The property is located on the ground floor.
- From the parking lot to the front door, there are 7 stairs. Once inside, the unit is on one level with no additional stairs.
- 1 ski locker is provided for guest use.

- Pets: No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).
- Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents.
